Shipping Policy

Editsta Creations offers digital services only. All deliverables are sent via email, Google Drive, WeTransfer, or other secure digital platforms. No physical shipping or delivery is required.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Advance payments are non-refundable once the project has started.
• Clients may cancel the project at any time by providing written notice.
• If cancelled midway, charges will apply for the portion of work already completed.
• No refunds will be provided for completed services or delivered files.

Terms and Conditions

• Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
• 2% late fee applicable on overdue payments beyond 10 days.
• Project includes up to 2 revisions. Extra revisions will be billed additionally.
• Full ownership of final deliverables is transferred only after complete payment.
• Any scope changes or additions will be quoted and billed separately.
